Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers. Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdraw goods .
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you , or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Inspection and Processing of Returns
Returned goods are inspected upon receipt for completeness, condition, functionality and any diminished value. Reimbursement will be made after completion of the inspection within the statutory time limits.
In the event of damage, significant signs of use, contamination, missing accessories or other diminished value, compensation for the loss in value may be taken into account where the statutory requirements are met.
Information for Returning Devices
Before returning a device, please perform a factory reset and remove personal data, user accounts, passwords and device locks.
Please carefully clean the device and supplied accessories and return the goods complete with all supplied accessories. Thank you for preparing the return carefully and completely. This considerably simplifies our inspection and, where appropriate, the return of the device to inventory.
Products must be returned in their original, fully functional condition (storage box, accessories, user manual, etc.).
Please package displays and other sensitive devices securely for transport. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
