Fast shipping from Germany
Products that are in stock are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
During periods of exceptionally high demand, particularly following the launch of new BOOX products or when a large number of pre-orders arrive at the same time, processing may take several days.
For pre-orders, shipping labels may be prepared in advance. As a result, you may receive a tracking number before the parcel has physically left our warehouse. Tracking information will update as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
During such peak periods, enquiries about individual delivery dates may also take longer to answer. We concentrate our resources on processing and dispatching orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Packaging
Securely packed and fully tracked
Shipping charges include handling, packaging and transportation. All orders are carefully packed to protect the devices and accessories during transport.
Depending on the destination and the selected shipping option, orders are generally shipped with DHL or UPS.
DHL is primarily used for deliveries within Germany. For European and international destinations, UPS services including Standard and Express Saver may be available.
The available shipping methods and their respective costs are displayed during checkout according to the delivery address, order contents and destination.
Deliveries outside the EU
Customs duties and import taxes
Orders delivered to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
